You can cancel via the cancellation link or in writing (letter, fax, email). 

A cancellation becomes valid at the end of a calendar year.  

The cancellation must be received by us by September 30 of the same year (three months' notice).

We will send you a confirmation of cancellation after processing. If you have not received a confirmation within 4 weeks of your cancellation, please ask at the office.
