gbm-online.de is the website of the German Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (GBM).

The GBM is registered as a non-profit scientific society under number 4265 in the register of associations (Vereinsregister) of the city of Frankfurt/Main.

According to the certificate of the tax office Frankfurt/Main III (tax number 045 255 51311), the GBM serves exclusively and directly non-profit, scientific purposes, in particular because of the promotion of biochemistry and molecular biology, and thus belongs to the corporations, associations of persons or estates described in § 4, para. 1, number 6 KStG, in § 3, para. 1, number 6 VStG and in § 3, number 6 GewStG.

The GBM is represented by the Board of Directors elected in accordance with the Articles of Association.
