You can cancel your GBM membership here.

Ordinary termination always takes effect at the end of the year. You must send us your notice of termination by September 30 of the same year at the latest, either online here or by email, fax or letter. In the last three cases, we will confirm the termination within 14 days. Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation of termination.

Extraordinary termination is possible if the reason for termination is related to GBM and continuing your membership would result in an extraordinary burden for you (e.g. serious illness). In this case, please send us the reason and proof.
